Tight Bulldog tails require regular maintenance or they can become infected. Some vets may even want to amputate them. I realize some may have to, but do all that is possible to avoid this.
What i would do is keep them cleaned regularly, most you can get with a babywipe, but some are tighter. With the tighter tails there is poor air circulation use the Otic ear, Malaseb flush, then apply the Otomax.
Otomax (8 oz. bottle) Otomax is a must have! Excellent for any type ear infection. Will take the red out of facial wrinkles,and clear up any redness or Junk under the nose wrinkle. We have also found it to be great to use on a bulldog that may have a tight tail.
